Herr0: updated with Press Con video!
Although one of the staffs, ZHEMING, already wrote that Taeyeon wore glasses recently at the “Super Bad”/”Despicable Me” press conference due to an eye infection, sty, in her right eye, an official article about it has been released and I thought it should be brought up again since the article also contains what Taeyeon talked about during the press conference.

Random post, but not really. On the latest episode of the Korean drama, “I am Legend,” staring Kim Jung Eun (many of you guys might know her as being the MC/host of Kim Jung Eun’s Chocolate music show), Kim Jung Eun along with her “ahjumma” band covered the rock version of SNSD’s “Genie”/”Tell Me Your Wish.”

As we all know, SNSD will be performing in Taiwan on October 16th! I’m sure a lot of Taiwanese fans are ready because the tickets managed to sell pretty nicely.
Advance ticket sales went online for sale on the 28th but with so many fans flooding the home page, the server ended up crashing. (Da powa of 9!) The site couldn’t restore their home page so they ended up doing offline sales. Within 1 and 1/2 hours, 11,000 out of the 12,000 tickets were sold.

SNSD’s Girls’ Domination Task to be completed in Japan is mission accomplished. Of course, there’s more to do in Japan, but what I mean by this is that they’ve succeeded so quickly in their promotions in Japan. It’s just incredible! With the astonishing responses from endless SNSD fans in Japan, including the numerous positive feedback given by fan accounts from SNSD’s showcase concert and japanese celebrities, SNSD’s Asian Empire is expanding at a rapid rate. Success is how you would describe and define SNSD.
They’re simple, yet the most unique and different girls’ group existing today. The Girls’ each have their own unique talents, yet they remain incomplete without each member. They have their imperfections, but it is these that make them even stronger and admired for. They are purely cute, when they don’t have to deliberately overact it. Their style of fashion is admirable; though even with the simplest clothing they look almost perfect. They are sexy, even if they accidentally make mistakes during their performances. SNSD is NOW and FOREVER, despite the many sexy and/or cute girl groups out there.

Hello everyone! This is the omniscient, omnipotent, omnivorous, and indispensable writer Herr0 from Snsdkorean reporting on the current tsunami in Japan.
Interestingly, this tsunami is not an ordinary tsunami; its tremendous size and effect has labeled it The Pink Tsunami of SNSD and it’s impacting the entire Asian island! From the initial power waves dubbed The Japan Snsd Showcase earlier this week, The Pink Tsunami showed no signs of stopping. The professional K-Sone teams of Shining Smile, Flying Petals, TangPa, Thsutleo all witnessed The Showcase (and were strangely enlightened by the experience).
Today, Japan was hit with a short 15 min performance in Odaiba, Japan. Despite the brevity, J-Sones made sure to observe the phenomenon at Mezamashi Live. Here is some footage of The Tsunami in action. Ladies and gentlemen, brace for impact:

Undeniably, the girls’ 1st showcase concert (<–click for pictures and fancams) in Japan was a total success. According to various Japanese news articles and Soshified, SNSD, “the K-POP girl group with great legs” (as the articles put it) held their showcase concert at Tokyo’s Ariake Coliseum on the 25th with thousands of fans in the audience. As you may know, those fans received invitations to attend the showcase with the girls’ First Press Limited Edition DVD, “New Beginning of Girls’ Generation” and it was said that an estimation of 22,000 fans would be attending the girls’ showcase. However, about 7,000 fans were at the first showcase. Apparently, the sex ratio at the concert was 80% and 20% male.
At the 1st showcase, the girls performed 5 songs (Genie, Oh, Run Devil Run, Into the New World, and Gee). Fans were said to burst into cheers when the members did something with just the slightest effort. Sooyoung, at one point Continue reading
