Believe it or not, the girls have concluded their first Japan arena tour. The very first arena concert kicked off on the 31st of May in Osaka and after almost two months, the tour is now over. Despite having most of their arena concerts back-to-back, performing over 32 songs at each concert, other schedules on the side, flying back and forth Japan and Korea (as well as Paris at one point), and members falling ill, the girls still held it down and finished their tour successfully. It’s definitely something we have to congratulate and give the girls props for!

Without further ado, let’s talk about their last arena tour concerts in Fukuoka held at the Marinemesse Fukuoka. Notably, the girls’ ‘Genie” and ‘Bad Girl’ performances on Japan’s FujiTV Hey! Hey! Hey! Music Champ were streamed live at the concert.

It was said that Yoona’s dad and older sister were present in the audience. During the concert, Yoona was not in good physical condition though, but she was still playful. Sooyoung fell off the stage when she was playing around, but she came back up with the help of staffs and said she was okay.

Our girls’ are on the homestretch of their Japanese Arena Tour with only two concerts left in Fukuoka on the 17^th and 18^th of this month.

The girls returned to Yoyogi First Gymnasium National Stadium again yesterday and earlier today to continue their arena tour. This time around though, during the concert on the 28th, the girls celebrated maknae’s birthday.

It was said that maknae cried because she was touched by everyone singing the birthday song together (AWWW). Check out the fanaccounts, pictures, and fancams!

First and foremost, congrats to the girls. At the moment, as of day 2, the girls are still #1 on Oricon Daily Album Chart with 48,428 copies sold–the total cumulative sales being 122,011 copies. They are now the first-ever Korean girl group to top the Oricon Chart on the day of original album release.

Because the first post on 110531 Japan Arena Concert In Osaka is getting crowded with a bunch of stuff, we’re starting a new post for the event. The first part had fancams, photos, fanaccounts, etc. mainly of the first concert at Osaka on the 31st, but this post will cover both concerts (May 31st and June 1st).
