  5. wow im surprised the venues they are having these concerts at are so small. you would think with their popularity that the venues would be a lot bigger. i guess it depends on the area of the venue?

    1. I’m thinking its more SM’s strategy to ‘test the waters’. Much like the EU concerts, where round about only 5,000 or 15,000 seats were available, they’d rather reach a sell out capacity than have one huge concert with the possibility of empty seats.

Besides, smaller places are more intimate. Seeing as it’s their first tour, it kind of makes sense.

I’m willing to bet my new AAGG dvd that they’ll be going into bigger venues the next time (if ever) they go back.

  8. Well, my one wish is that SM “tests the waters” here in Singapore too 😀 !
I think our Indoor Stadium could comfortably take about 5,000 SONES without bursting at the seams ;). See, small, but intimate venue, no ?!! Give it a shot, SM.
But seriously, good to see the Japanese SONES getting the opportunities to witness the talents of the angelic 9 firsthand after what the country as a whole had been through (tsunami, earthquakes, nuclear disasters aplenty).
    SNSD Daebak !!!
