I’m just going to start off by saying that Taeyeon has always been my bias, so I hope you guys all understand if this article gets pretty personal.
I still find it hard to believe that when Taeyeon was my age, she already had years of training under her belt in addition to a big-screen debut as the leader of Korea’s arguably most popular girl group. Damn girl. All I did was drag myself to school everyday. 4 years later, she’s taken the title of world star to a whole new level with a slew of CFs, tv shows, international albums, musical, etc etc.
When I got into SNSD a couple years ago, I didn’t even notice Taeyeon. On variety shows, Sunny is the all-kill. On music shows, Yoona has the majority of shots. Jessica has the blonde hair, Sooyoung has the height, etc etc. Sure Taeyeon has her solos, but then again… (so does almost everyone else.) But now, I see Taeyeon as the leader who lets her girls take the spotlight. Continue reading

Abstract
In September of 2010, the professionals at SnsdKorean released the first results of an ongoing study, titled The Science of Kkab, which detailed Kim Hyoyeon’s behavioral glitches. After decades of grueling fieldwork, the SnsdKorean Team is back and is proud to disclose the results of the latest Soshi study just in time for Sooyoung’s 21st birthday!!!!!!!!
The study discusses Sooyoung from a scientific viewpoint, complete with a hefty measure of serius bidnezz.

Yup, not just “a crazy one”, but “THE crazy one”. SNSD’s very own Happy Princess Choi Sooyoung… aka Shikshin (God of Food)/ NaSoo (interrupter)/ DJ Syoung/ Choi Jangshin (the tallest) and Piggy Sooyoung. 🙂

Today is a very special day because it’s SNSD’s Black Pearl’s birthday. To celebrate, there was a surprise party. At the surprise party that was reported to have lasted only an hour, Hyoyeon was absent, but Tiffany was present and was actually the MC.

Last week, the whole world celebrated as 33 men were rescued from a Chilean mine. After more than two months, the miners made the 20 minute travel to escape. Spectators held their breath as a capsule pulled each man out, as they were aware of the many possible disasters, such as the capsule breaking, etc etc.
The last miner out was Luis Urzua, a man who risked his own life to ensure that all the other workers would be brought to safety first. A hero in his own right, Urzua was a true captain making sure he did his job as best as he could.
This isn’t too unrelated, so just wait for it:
Now our very own Snsdkorean staffer may not be Chilean, or a miner, or life threatened, or a hero, or even trapped in anything for 70 days, but I do believe that he shares very similar traits with Luis Urzua.
