Yes, here comes the day where SM Entertainment released official SNSD (and DBSK) trading cards (or in their words, “Star Collection Cards”). They sell the cards in 5 packs set and 15 packs set, wherein each pack has 5 cards. The 5 packs set priced at 10,000 KRW (about $9) and the 15 packs set priced at 30,000 KRW. Pre-orders for the cards is available at >>G-market<<, while the official release will be on December 21st, 2009.
As seen from the picture(s), there will be cards with new sport-themed photoshoot; and of course there are cards with pictures from Girls’ Generation, Baby Baby, Gee, and Genie photoshoots. Continue reading

From Dec 7th to 9th, Star News conducted surveys (Artist of the year, Song of the year, Best male artist, Best female artist, Best rookie and Hottest issue of the year) among variety show’s producers, and summed up the result on Dec 10th. Total of 22 music shows and variety shows producers (PDs) from MBC, KBS, and SBS participated in this survey.
The producers picked Girls’ Generation (So Nyuh Shi Dae) as “Best Female Artist of the Year” with 11 votes. The girls’ hit song, Gee, also chosen as “Best Song of the Year” with 7 votes. SNSD also came in 2nd place for “Artis of the Year” category with 5 votes, losing to beastly idols 2PM who got 9 votes.

On the recent episode of KBS2 Invincible Youth, Yuri showed us that she can licks her own nose. She did that after seeing a cow, which Sunny owns after winning a wrestling match in the previous episode, licks its own nose.

LOL. Oh how I love ‘Invincible Youth’. It’s such a fun show, imo. The show keep on getting better as the cast of the show getting closer with each other. Unfortunately, it’s hard to keep up with the show as KBS keep on taking down every Invincible Youth videos on YouTube. Continue reading

Our beloved nine won both Digital Daesang Award and Digital Bonsang Award at today Golden Disk Award! LET’S CELEBRATEEEEEE!
Their winning speech for the Digital Daesang Awards, which is the highest award of the show, was quite emotional. It made me all teary too. Just in case you don’t know, this is their first ever Daesang! It’s like their first ever biggest award throughout their career. Congrats So Nyuh Shi Dae! Ahhh I am so proud for them, all nine of them, for making it this far. Congrats girls! ;___________;

The nine girls of SNSD performed Chocolate Love and Gee (remix) on the show. Five of them also joined fellow SMTown-ers, Super Junior and SHINee, for a Michael Jackson dance tribute. Speaking of SMTown, they pretty much win BIG tonight. Aside from SNSD, Super Junior also won Daesang and Bonsang for Album category. And both SHINee and Super Junior also won Samsung YEPP Popularity Awards. Congrats SMTOWN! In your face MAMA!

If the previous post was a sneak peak of yesterday episode of ‘Imagine More‘, then here’s the subbed videos! toebeast is being fast and awesome as usual, so here we got a fast sub of ‘Imagine More’ (also known as ‘Sang Sang Plus’) episode with SNSD and SHINee. It’s not the full episode though, as toebeast only subbed the SNSD related parts.
This show is hilarious! In this show Kim Shin-young reveals how the girls really like in their dorm. I’m such a sucker for any Kim Shin-young + SNSD interactions you know. Plus, we’ll get to see Yoona‘s ssanti (cheap) dance, Tiffany‘s excessive jealousy, Sunny‘s make-you-want-to-punch-her aegyo and many more. Oh, there’s (my favorite) SHINee boys too… Key, Onew, and Minho (the birthday boy!) 😀

On the upcoming episode for KBS‘s Imagine More, Sunny reveals her thoughts of everyone during her trainee days.
As you know, Sunny was the last member to join SNSD so she was pretty much a loner. In an interview with Hyoyeon, Sunny, and Jessica conducted by Hyundon, Park Myung Soo, Onew, and Key- the two members of SHINee revealed that Sunny was quite the quiet girl. Not that she was a loner, but that she was definitely not as friendly as before and kept mostly to herself. No one knew why exactly, but after she made her debut, she became the bubbly and brigtht girl that we know.
But on this week’s Imagine More, it’s Sunny’s turn to reveal her thoughts!
