As you all know, SNSD’s popularity was not enough to attract high ratings for Horror Factory, and now with Cheer Up. So turn on the damn TV Sones!

For me, it’s the concepts of the shows that is boring, not our girls! I would have preferred something awesome like that Mnet Elle Factory Girl show! (Too bad Mnet is totally anti-SM atm… but really its THEIR loss.)

But with Hello Baby, SNSD has some what regained their pride according to the following article. To me, I still think the 1% rating is abysmal -_- but for a cable show, its doing pretty well since it says that KBS Joy’s rating average is 0.1% (lol)!

SNSD, still a long way to go (Interview)

Before we dive into this long interview about the girls’ success, trend setting, misunderstandings, and dreams, I just have to say time has seriously flown by so fast from when they first made their comeback with Gee to Tell Me Your Wish (Genie). You can sense their modest and humble sides through this interview, by saying they still have a long way to go and more to show the audience…even after such groundbreaking comebacks. 

And despite all the controversy the girls have been put through, they keep that chin up high. But they mentioned how they would love to work overseas….well hell, come on over to the East Coast 😀 Maybe you guys can perform with the Jonas Brothers too (I rather you not, I prefer some other artist but hey whatever gets you guys to open up a concert near me…I’m all for it).

We’ve been keeping you up to date with Park Myung Soo and Jessica’s >>Cold Noodles<< and now that the full version has released two days ago… it’s been doing great!

This song may be about cold noodles, Jessica may be a heart cold bitch boss, Myung Soo’s temper may be stone cold, their relationship may not be the hottest thang… but this song is WARNING, WARNING- ON FIYAH! ………….. I should really stop posting things after 3am. It’s not “the greatest song alive!”, but it’s definitely a catchy song, >>like I’ve said<<.

Okay, if you don’t know about Kkangpae Shidae by now, just do your own research in SNSDKOREAN :p

If you don’t know by now, Don Jess has a little sister Krystal (or Crystal), who has quickly become this year’s most talked about SM trainee because of her relation to Jessica and because of the random stalker pictures that have popped up all over Korean websites.

A while back, K-pop newsblogs like Allkpop and Seoulbeats, along with many other small blogs, reported that there would be a new girl group SM Entertainment would unveil this year. One thing they all had in common was that either Stella Kim or Krystal would be included in the group.

One thing is for sure however, SM Entertainment will debut a new group. He pretty much debuts someone new every year and it’d be very odd if he didn’t. In 2007, SM debuted So Nyuh Shi Dae (Girls’ Generation) in a battle against Black Pearl, DSP Entertainment’s KARA, and JYP Entertainment’s Wonder Girls. In 2008, SM debuted SHINee in a battle against JYP Entertainment’s ONE DAY, DSP Entertainment’s A’ST1, and NH Media’s U-Kiss. It’s pretty obvious that SM wants to join the 2009 girl group battle to face off Pledis Entertainment’s After School Sluts<3, YG Entertainment’s long awaited 2NE1, and Cube Entertainment’s (subsidiary of JYPE) 4MINUTE. With DSP Entertainment also having rumors of releasing a seven-member girl group, there’s no doubt in my mind that Lee Soo Man isn’t at least thinking about it.

I’m usually least excited for MuCore because there’s no winner, but I usually like to watch the whole thing anyways, esp now since we have YulTi hosting!

So one of the MAIN reasons why I watch MuCore is to see how YulTi dresses up! I think I”m going to start this mini fashion column for these two call MuCore Style Corner!

SNSD Goes in for the Kill

So I’m sure everyone’s heard by now through crazy51’s post, that the girls have won for Music Bank this week with the numbers almost hitting 18K. Talk about murder on the radio charts. It almost seems like 2nd nature for these ladies to break and set such high records. I mean I got friends telling me how much they like Genie after half a listen (and they don’t even like the girls!). 

These girls be rakin’ in money for papa SM. (: Let’s see how they’ll attack next week on the charts…does anyone else smell another win or is it over?..
