Surrounded by cheering fans, SNSD performed “The Boys” one final time on Inkigayo, the culmination of five weeks of consistently captivating and outstanding performances. They have proven their popularity by dominating the top music programmes in South Korea, taking home Triple Crowns on M!Countdown and Inkigayo, and even winning four times in a row on Music Bank. That popularity, however, is not exclusive to Korea: over the last five weeks, SNSD have travelled to and performed their hit comeback song in America at Madison Square Garden, China, Australia and, of course, their home country. Right now, it’s Global Generation.

With this week’s Music Bank & Music Core making way for the Asian Games 2010,we are only left with the broadcast of Inkigayo.
