Another Hello Baby episode is subbed by soshisubs! HOORAYY!! I seriously think Hello Baby is one of the best shows that SNSD have done.  Well, GGTS was the best but Hello Baby is like somewhere in the top 5.  Anyway, in this episode, we have a surprise party for maknae!  The goal was to make Seohyun angry and make her cry. Did the girls succeed though? Well, you just have to watch and see ;]

because…F(X) WAS ON IT! WOOO 😀 Not to mention for all the FAITHFUL TAENY fans out there, Tae mentions and shows in motion what her massages to the mushroom are like ❤ If anyone tries to trash this idea and I KNOW WHO WILL, I will personally come strangle you in your sleep. Big sister, Jessica of SNSD, had a press conference at the Seoul Samsungdong Coex Artium for her upcoming musical production, Legally Blonde earlier today.
At the conference, it was no surprise that reporters were dying to know more of what she thought of her little sister’s early debut in the rising group, f(x). Little sister, Krystal, being only 15 debuted earlier this month while Jessica made her debut at 18. Krystal trained as a singer and dancer in under five years while her unni trained for over seven years.
Jessica told reporters of Star News that although she’s proud of her little sister debuting at such a young age and that she sees benefits from it, she’s still worried about Krystal. She never elaborated on what exactly she was worried about, but we all know SNSD’s past that Jessica has every right to worry. I’m sure however that Jessica wasn’t just saying this because she “knows the ins and outs” of the industry now that she’s been working for two years but that she meant it as caring older sister.
She added, “I know it’ll be hard but Krystal is strong and she’ll continue doing a good job like she already is doing now. I heard from manager oppa last year that she had been doing great” while smiling proudly.
Jessica also confirmed my thoughts on her relationship with Krystal. She stated that because of her training and activities before and after debut, she didn’t see much of Krystal- not even Krystal’s training. Jessica was clueless about Krystal’s great singing ability, dancing skills, and natural ability to talk well. Because of that, she never would have thought that our Lil Jung would debut so soon.
They grow up fast, don’t they? …D: But apparently just not fast enough, Jessi. Not fast enough.
As an ending note, she told the media that she knows that there are similarities between the two and that everyone is constantly comparing them. But she assured them it’s not because Krystal is trying to copy her older sister so it would be “nice” (*cough cough*) if everyone would see Krystal for who she is. Krystal is Krystal and Jessica is Jessica, both different girls in two different groups working hard to do what they love. So in other words, don’t notice Lil Jung as “Lil Jung”.

Sorry for the rush with writing this. No time to day, I’z so busy with meetings and piled with work to do but I felt i had to do my part so I did a quick summary of Krys and Jessi  stuff at the press conference.

I see Sica!

sicaYesterday, a press conference for Legally Blonde was held. Ofcourse, our ice princess Jessica was there and so popular that she recieved flowers from a fan after her self introduction. But sorry fan boy, the love of JeTi will never die because Sica gave her Tiffany a (quiet) shout out.

I think Sica said something among the lines of Fany was jealous (of her role)? Well if Tiffany didn’t have her throat problems, she might have had a shot at the role since she has good vocals too AND can express the ‘Elle’ image well. Sica fits the role of Vivian in my mind (the rich and “snobby” (ex)girl-friend of Warner’s). Vivian or not, I can’t wait to see Sica in this musical =]!

Interesting enough as I’m watching these fancams, I notice the songs broadcasted in the background were  in English, so I guess the show will be in English!? Sigh, how I yearn to go :(! I’m sure she’ll be as good as Lauren, my favourite ‘Elle Woods’ from the broadway musical in US. Continue reading →

Yesterday SNSD were coming back to the stage after the quick vacation they got earlier. The girls performed five of their songs (Way to Go, Etude, Gee, TMYW, and Girls’ Generation) on the U-Plex Super Concert at Olympic Park Gymnastics Stadium.

Wearing the navy uniform, all nine were present but seems like Tiffany still had to lipsync her parts. Her voice sounds much better, if not already normal, in the introduction though. Well, I guess it’s great that they decided to let Tiffany rest her voice for the sake of fast recovery [As for Music Core, Tiffany will be replaced by Jessica for this week Update: turned out Tiffany will be there too… YAY for YulTiSic!]. Get well soon, Fany Fany Tiffany!

Despite the fact Tiffany is not born to lipsync, the performances are great (with few cute choreography blunders ^^). Plus it looks like the girls were having a real blast in this concert, especially as seen in the encore session where they performed Girls’ Generation.
