BIG BIG NEWS! Coming October 19th, our girls will officially release their upcoming album that many of us have been impatiently waiting for. Not only will their album songs be released on iTunes worldwide on this day, but their full music video of “The Boys” will also be revealed via SM’s official YouTube channel and facebook page.
Because all of this is happening on October 19th, October 19th has been dubbed ‘Girls’ Generation Day’.

I’m sure you all remember this picture from the 2nd teaser right?
Sunny and Seohyun were present during the recording of the 46th episode of KBS2’s “Hello” which aired on October 9th live through Daum. During the taping, the question came up about Sunny’s fierce new do from the teaser, to which she replied “I didn’t cut my hair, it was a wig”, followed up by some of her trademark aegyo laughter.
Awww I like her cool looking short do too! Encore, encore! Maybe we’ll see more of it once they start promoting “The Boys” really really soon!

Lucky viewers who have SBS are in for a treat. It was just announced that SNSD will be on SBS Gorilla’s Star Channel for 1 month. Viewers will be able to watch videos from SNSD for the month of October, 24 hours a day!
They will be able to watch shows like ‘Kim JungEun’s Chocolate’, ‘Intimate Note 3′, ‘Running Man’, ‘SBS Gayo Daejun’, ‘SBS Inkigayo’, ‘Strong Heart’, and other shows owned by SBS.
All you need to do is download the Gorilla app from SBS’s official website! Who’s excited and can’t get enough Soshi?? Well hurry up and get the app while we wait for “The Boys’ to be officially released!

SNSD’s highly anticipated comeback has so far been met with some uncertainty and forced delays.
As SM Entertainment restructures its current schedule to accommodate a simultaneous release of both the Korean and U.S. editions of ‘The Boys’, SONEs have been left anxiously awaiting a fixed date as to when they may be able to get their hands on the “Holy Grail” of albums for 2011.
