As previously reported, SNSD are now representatives of Korean energy beverage Vita500. Although the CF has yet to be released, Vita500 has released a batch of promotional pictures featuring all nine ladies:
It looks like SNSD’s Dior endorsement campaign is really starting to ramp up.
After recently appearing, and quite stunningly I might add, in magazines showcasing Dior’s cosmetic range, the girl’s are at it again, this time rocking sleek and classy tote bags for Lady Dior, in the March issue of Cosmopolitan.
The girls’ are ballin’ are they not? God I love this SNSD/Dior collaboration!

Korea’s TVREPORT, recently conducted a survey asking 223 University of Virginia students which idols they thought had the best vocals. Out of the female idols listed, Taeyeon came in at 2nd with 18.69% of the votes behind soloist IU, with a whopping 66.16% to claim 1st place.
Although the sample group for the survey was limited, and some of us are probably disappointed that our Kid Leader did not come first; there is no denying that IU does indeed have AMAZING vocals, and I’m sure many would agree, including Taeyeon herself:
Rounding out the Top 5 were: Wonder Girl’s Sunye with 8.59%, f(x)’s Luna with 5.05%, and Secret’s Jieun with 4.55% of the votes.
With the help of Intel’s jjang marketing team, SNSD’s promotional material for the company appears to be popping up all over this Taiwanese shopping complex:
UPDATE 02/14/11: Added more photos from the wedding the girls attended whilst back in Korea
UPDATE: As it so happens, whilst waiting for KARA to arrive home from Japan, amidst their controversy; reporters were fortunate enough to be able to take snapshots of SNSD’s arrival too. Talk about killing two birds with one stone.. Here’s a video (not of killings birds with stones because that would just be creepy :P):
A recent survey conducted by Japanese entertainment label Avex’s online music store “mu-mo”, asked 70,000 participants what their favorite love song for Valentine’s Day was. Shoujou Jidai’s ‘Gee’ came in at 2nd place; whilst Kara’s ‘Mister’ placed 3rd. J-Pop singer Kana Nishino claimed the number one spot.
The lyrics of the songs apparently played an important role in participants’ selection processes.
