SNSD recorded a quick video for S.M. Entertainment’s Global Auditions recently. The auditions will take place in Korea and ONLY Korea for this round. For additional details I’d recommend checking out the official website if you’re interested. And is it just me, or did they record a lot of video greetings in that shimmery furry outfit…? >__>
(I’d go, if only to see the girls up close again. Just think, if you’re picked you become a trainee and you’ll most likely run into Soshi a lot. Then it’s just a matter of introducing yourself, making friends and before you know it your number is in their cellphones…XD Buuut I don’t see a Korean getaway happening in my future anytime soon, so I’ll just wish the lucky applicants who are able to go the best ;))

For any of you that have been following Invincible Youth (or at least the episodes that have our very own SunRi in it), you’ll be very familiar with the cast of wonderful people that work alongside the group in the village.
Let’s get the bad news out first, the great Village Chief Wangoo’s house was caught on fire due to an electrical short circuit. Though the most important things were safe such as the animals and the family that resided there. The house…well…lets take a look

It was announced on the 15th that our soshi girls will be making a guest appearance in the special New Year’s drama “SAZAE-San 3”.
The airing will be on January 2nd, hit the jump for what roles they will play and the juicy details that follow-up with filming.

Youtube Korea has shown the love for So Nyuh Shi Dae for putting 2 videos up for 1st and 2nd Place and 4 videos in the Top 10 for the “2010 Youtube REWIND”

It’s pretty amazing seeing Hoot up there after only a couple of months being on youtube but that just shows the power of SONES.

Sungha Jung, Guitar playing kid prodigy, or at least he WAS a kid.
I remember watching this kid blow my mind with his guitar skills at such a young age, and now that he’s grown a little older, he still amazes me.
Recently Sungha Jung put up a cover of Soshi’s hoot and it is magnificent, it’s a full instrumental with actual notes making up both the melody and lyrics.
If you’re unfamiliar with this kid I highly recommend you check out his work, he is simply a profound guitarist and one that has jammed and played with the truly skilled. What’s most wonderful is that he fills so many styles in his covers that you WILL find at least one song you like. It only takes him three days on average to learn and complete a cover. His highest viewed video has more than 12 MILLION views….I’ll let that sink in for a minute….12 MILLION!!!
