After kicking off the 2011 Girls’ Generation Tourlast night with a BANG! Our girls’ gave what appears to be yet another equally impressive concert this evening at Seoul Olympic Stadium.

And in keeping with their promise, the Girls’ Generation Facebook staffs were at it once again, continually updating fans from around the world with amazing pictures and video clips direct from the concert.
Today sees the beginning of the 2011 Girls’ Generation Tour, with the very first concert being held in Seoul’s Olympic Park Stadium.

Thanks to the official Girls’ Generation Facebook page, fans have been kept up to date with the latest content direct from the concert and it is definitely worth it’s weight in gold!

It’s official! Girls’ Generation now has a legitimate Facebook page of their own:
Launched earlier today, the Girls’ Generation Facebook page will offer fans the chance to interact with the girls’ on a more intimate level, as well as being an effective means of communication between fans from around the globe.
As an opening treat, the page will offer exclusive video clips and pictures from the upcoming 2011 Girls’ Generation Tour concert and press conference, held on the 23rd and 24th of this month, at the Olympic Park Stadium in Seoul.
Fact: SNSD catches flights as frequently as the average person catches the bus.
Take their recent trip to Jeju Island for example:
Having only returned home to Korea from Japan the day before, the girls’ catch an early flight the next day to Jeju for a scheduled event. Not long after said event, they’re back aboard a plane heading home once again. See? Like catching a bus… Well okay, not really 😛

As previously mentioned, the event was held in order to help raise awareness and garner votes for Jeju Island, among 27 other nominees, to become one of the ‘New 7 Wonders of Nature’.
