Update on Tiff’s slip and some banners
We got some sweet new pictures and gifs from the concert. Check it out and spazz away at the amazing SNSD ❤
Also, there has been a lot of talk since yesterday about a “Black Ocean” at the SM Concert. DBSK‘s fanclub Cassiopeia had their glow sticks turned off for all the other SM artists (including SNSD) until Yunho and Changmin took the stage.
There was a huge misunderstanding, and Cassies on Soompi have been really nice about trying to clear that all up: the real purpose was to show that Cassies are always waiting for DBSK, supporting them through thick and thin. Also, “ELF‘s Cassies wanted to make the sapphire blue shine more ^^ so it was a project.” There is a tradition of turning off glowsticks for ALL performers until the DBSK boys come out. But since Yunho and Changmin performed at the very end of the 6+ hour concert, they had to resort to cheering with balloons, which were not very visible.
Bottom line is, the SM Concert had no such “fan wars”. Cassies cheered for SNSD and SNSD cheered for DBSK. So just a super quick rumor clearup. Actually, this post was an excuse to post SM family pictures from the concert 😀

3 Years of SNSD! I seriously don’t know about you guys, but I can’t believe 3 whole years has passed since the day of their debut. I remember the day when they first debuted. I was like “wow, this group is huge” and I’m not gonna lie, I wasn’t really fond of the group at first; I didn’t think they were special, but my thought was wrong because if they weren’t/aren’t special, I wouldn’t have a reason to join to become an SNSDKorean staff and spazz about the girls all the time with our readers. I wouldn’t be able to make this post actually! Anyways, I’m rambling. Over these 3 years, the girls have grown and matured into beautiful and successful singers/actors/MCs/DJs/etc.
Congratulations to the girls on their 3rd anniversary. They have worked hard over these 3 years to pursue their dreams and to get their name out to the world. It can’t be denied that “So Nyuh Shi Dae”/”Girls’ Generation” is THE best and most popular girl group in Asia right now. If you don’t know who SNSD is, have you been living under a rock all this time? ( LOL just kidding, but seriously shame on you! (: )
In celebration for their 3 years anniversary, we’ve thought of making a fun-filled random post with an attempt for our readers to enjoy and smile/laugh/giggle/chuckle/smirk during the week of the girls’ anniversary. It seems like SM Entertainment have been working on the girls’ live concert album and it might be released pretty soon. If you recalled, a preview/teaser of Tiffany singing Rihanna’s “Umbrella,” the song that she sang at the girls’ solo concerts, was released recently. Now, 2 more teasers have been released -Taeyeon’s and Jessica’s-. Check them out cause they sound amazing!

Recently a little preview of the studio version of Fany’s cover of “Umbrella” from their concert has surfaced. It sounds pretty legit due to the quality and doesn’t sound like it came straight from the concert. So far there hasn’t been any news regarding this but there’s some possibilities. DVD/CD of their concert? Future studio versions of all the girls’ solos? Part of Japan promotions? Hopefully all of the above? Anyways, with news on the girls being pretty quiet these days, this 20 second teaser’s good enough! 🙂

Forgive this lowly writer, for this one is slow and forgetful. This happened like almost a week ago, but it totally slipped my mind and I forgot to finish this post T_T. Well, no matter, better late than never right?
Alongside several projects like SSF’s ‘SONEs Around the World’ video and V-SONE’s ‘Pink-Line’ project, Thai-SONEs and Indo-SONEs have also organized some stuff. Thai-SONEs decided to get together for a project in SNSD’s name and donated blood, saving dozens or even possibly hundreds of accident or thalassemia victims around the world. Continue reading
