Following Jessica’s footsteps into the Musical world, Taeyeon’s 1st Musical, Midnight Sun, have been airred on KTV and subbed fully by soshisubs!

For those who have no idea what the musical is about, it’s about a girl who has a disease where she cannot go out in the daylight which cause her to only go out of town at night.  She also tends to sing while she is out in town at night.  Taeyeon’s character in the musical has a crush but due to her disease, she is shy and doesn’t know how to talk to people.

SME To Release The Girls’ Official Scrapbook & 4 Ver. Of Post Card Sets

GASP! A few days ago, SME released the girls’ official photobook, which including up to 80 pages of photos and a DVD, and we recently heard that SME is going to release another batch (season) of SNSD official collectible/trading cards. NOW, there’s talk that SME is preparing to release the girls’ official scrapbook as well as 4 different versions of official post card sets soon around June 17th according to DVDHeaven’s website. The scrapbook is around 47 USD and each post card set is around 4 USD. Talk about making S♥nes broke (jk)!

With the official news that the girls are preparing for their debut in Japan soon, many fans are excited. Certainly, fans are overjoyed that the girls are going to be promoting in a different country besides Korea and getting closer to conquering Asia. Among those fans who are overjoyed, is the Japanese former singer from the group, C-ute, who left the group in 2009 and has now become a model, Umeda Erika.

All the rumors and all can finally come to an end: SNSD is ready to enter the Japanese market!

We must love twitter for the fast snsd updates that Yurui and Bossa747 provides for us and here are the latest goodies about SNSD’s venture into a new country.

August 11th: A special dvd will be released to the public that is filled with the girls’ music videos
August 25th: Fan event. 10000 fans will be allowed into Ariake Stadium and only those that purchased the dvd shall be let in
September: Single drops! Looks like they will release a single through NAYUTAWAVE Records which is apart of Universal.

The girls had already signed with Universal Music in May. That certainly went under the radar and certainly a surprising piece of news.

Looks like our nine girls snatched another major advertisement deal! Samsung China just updated their website, http://www.samsung.com/cn,with SNSD Yuri, Tiffany, Taeyeon, and Yoona endorsing their products.

Rumor has it, the girls are models for Samsung  for Asia except for domestic mobile phone as they are currently endorsing LG‘s mobile phones. There’s also rumor about how SNSD Click for more pictures and rumors >>

Goo Hyesun & Yoona

On the recent episode of KBS2 Win Win, multi-talented artist Goo Hyesun revealed that she is a fan-girl of SNSD Yoona. Goo Hyesun, whose claim to fame was her role as Geum JanDi in popular k-drama Boys Over Flowers, also revealed how she even took the initiative to get Yoona’s phone number through SNSD’s choreographer. Since then, they have texted each other but have never met in person.

Yoona was the second surprise guest for Goo Hyesun on the program. On the video you can how excited Hyesun is upon meeting her favorite girl, Yoona. She was so excited that she shed a little tears of happiness. Meanwhile Yoona also revealed how she’s also a fan of Hyesun… so they ended up fangirling each other.  Aww, isn’t this so adorably refreshing? (Read more + subbed video under the cut>>)

S-Oil, one of the top Korean petroleum and refinery companies had recently hired Yoona to endorse their product! The two commercials have finally been released and once again, it’s just oozing with cuteness.

This is a pretty huge gig for Yoona since it’s the first time an idol has been hired to film a commercial for the petroleum company. Usually you gotta have top status like Kim Tae Hee and Yoo Jae Suk to film such a thing but the fact that Yoona was hired says a lot about the power of SNSD. Sweet stuff!
