Following on from SBS and KBS, the last of the 3 major end year Music Shows, the MBC Music Festival, aired on New Year’s Eve, drawing a close to 2011. As SNSD were in Japan attending the Kōhaku Uta Gassen, their participation in the Music Festival was via pre-recorded performances of ‘Diamond‘ from SMTown’s 2011 Winter Album, ‘The Warmest Gift’ and ‘The Boys‘

Somebody in a youtube thread pointed out something else funny, at 1:20 in the Diamond video Taengoo sings along with Seohyun by accident because she’s distracted playing with Tiffany. Watch the video, Seohyun gives Tae a funny look and Tae puts her hand over her mouth. It’s great seeing them having some fun, LOL….
Both of these performaces were very good. Very clear and good camerawork. Plus, I really enjoyed the “Diamond” one, nice to know for sure who sings which part and the dance was cute and fun =)
