Following on from SBS and KBS, the last of the 3 major end year Music Shows, the MBC Music Festival, aired on New Year’s Eve, drawing a close to 2011. As SNSD were in Japan attending the Kōhaku Uta Gassen, their participation in the Music Festival was via pre-recorded performances of ‘Diamond‘ from SMTown’s 2011 Winter Album, ‘The Warmest Gift’ and ‘The Boys‘

A few moments ago 1 minute previews of the tracks on SM’s Winter Album “The Warmest Gift” appeared on Melon and before I even finished a once-through of the short version of the album the full audio of SNSD’s song ‘Diamond’ had been uploaded.
