Today in Korea, April 18th, is the birthday of our sexy, ice cold princess Jessica. Yes, she’s hitting the big 20 (well 21 for Korean age)! I’ll leave out the crazy messages to be said by Maria in her comment…cause I KNOW she has something whack to say. 🙂 I’ll just say the more serious message.

Yeah, its crazy how quickly time flies, right? She’s already 20 *sniffle*, my girl all grown up! This past year has had its ups and downs for the group but I’m glad to see Jess still standing strong and still trying hard to make her way to the top, along with the other girls. Keep your head up and don’t ever feel too overwhelmed, theres always us crazy ass fans 😀 Celebrate it well and we all look forward to your future works! HAPPY BIRTHDAY!

Yoona saw her first episode of “Cinderella Man” with her rest of the members, SNSD.

On the 15th, Yoona and her members all went to their dorm and watched Yoona’s Cinderella Man.

A staff from SM Entertainment said, “Even though she was very busy, she got to watch her 1st episode with her members and was able to monitor her acting. She noticed that she was very nervous in that episode. After finish watching first episode of ‘Cinderella Man’ she said she needs work harder on her acting”.

On the 15th, Administration of Health has delegated SNSD-Yuri, Han Go Eun, Park Eun Hae, Model Lee Yuri to be Ambassadors of Bicycle.

Administration of Health has delegated these 4 girls because they wanted to solve various of problems such as pollution, lost of enengy, problems in roads and attract those problems to the citizens.

Ambassadors of Bicycle will appear in world-wide event, “The 1st DaeHanMinGuk Bicycle Event” from 25th to May 3rd and will participate in various promoted events.  Continue reading →

What Happened to Kwon Sang-woo and Yoona’s Effect?

Even though SNSD’s Yoona and Kwon Sangwoo were casted for MBC’s new Weds/Thurs drama ‘Cinderella Man'(CM), it seems like their casting has nothing to do with the viewer’s rating for this drama.

According to AGB media’s research, on 15th, CM had 7.7% viewer’s rating. Prior to CM, last episode of ‘The Return of Iljimae’ had 8.8% viewer’s rating.

On the other hand, according to TNS Media Korea, they reported a higher viewer’s rating for CM; on 15th it had 9.3% viewer’s rating, which is higher than ‘The Return of Iljimae’s viewer’s rating of 8.2%.

However, viewer’s rating for CM was significantly less than SBS’s ‘Cain and Abel’ which had 17.4%; ‘Cain and Abel’ airs at the same time as CM.

It’s been said that the rating for second episode went down to 6.7%  T____T

I haven’t watch the drama yet (still waiting for the subs), but from the reviews I read, it seems like the first episode of CM was good, while the second episode was rather boring. I just hope that Cinderella Man will garner people’s interest soon.

SM will throw surprise birthday party for Jessica tomorrow. This will be like Yuri’s bday party last time with only 100 guests invited. Anybody see any pics from Yuri’s party? Guess SM didn’t release any pics angry.gif Hope they will release some pics & vids this time.

:O Those lucky, lucky fans that get to go… 😦 Totally agree with the poster, I’d love for some official pictures but I doubt that’ll happen. Nonetheless, ice princess’s birhday is in a day (Korean time!) Woo! And as usual, look forward to my annual birthday posts for the girl, although it might be a bit late into the day (VTech visiting.) But yeah, if you happen to go…omg share something with us fans who can’t even see the girls for a live performance. -_-
