Shoujo Jidai, have once again made history for being the first foreign artist to win the “Best Pop Video” award for “GENIE”, at the Space Shower Music Video Awards in Japan.

Danshins on top!

Hosted by Space Tower TV, the awards ceremony celebrates the best in Japanese music television much like the MTV Video Music Awards, and for the girl’s to beat out J-Pop hard hitters such as AKB48 and Perfume and claim the best pop video award, says a lot about their popularity in Japan.

Congratulations to the girl’s and best wishes for their ongoing success in the country.

Kim Woori, a stylist for fashion magazine Marie Claire recently tweeted pictures of himself with six members of SNSD:

I can tell he’s thinking, “I love my job, I love my job!” Just look at that grin, or that smile on his face. Now that’s one happy chappy!

Anyway, the girl’s sure look sharp in their plain white tees and black skirts, plus I’m loving their funky hairstyles here; but I’m starting to agree with some of the readers in a previous post, that precious Yuri has lost a lot of weight 😦 Please look after yourselves and  stay healthy girls.

(Introducing) It was my first time on a runway. Did you all see that? It was a new challenge for me and it was such a good experience. Truthly I was scared a little (she said more). I didn’t know how I looked. I’d like to take part in other fashion show like this again next time.

Back on stage for LG!

A couple of days ago, SNSD were in attendance at the LG Cinema 3D Game Festival, helping to promote the company’s next-gen 3D Cinema Technology. There the girl’s performed their smash-hits “Gee” and “Hoot”, along with their endorsement song for Intel – “Visual Dreams”.

SKE’s very own staffer, JaeCee (currently having a blast holidaying in Korea) was able to be at the Jamsil Lotte World Ice Rink in Seoul, where the event was held, and witnessed for himself the magic and beauty that is SNSD. Meanwhile, the rest of the staffers are gooey-green with envy… Lol all the best Jae!

Ice in the form of Princess Jessica that is!

Earlier today, our Ice Princess took over the runway at the F/W Seoul Fashion Week show, modeling clothes for one of it’s popular Korean fashion designers’ Lee Juyoung, and her new fashion line, “Resurrection.”

Let her sultry model-like glare freeze your very core, as it most likely did every audience member in attendance today at the Seoul Exhibition and Trade Center, after the jump.
