As the date gets closer, SBS has been hardcore promoting their new drama “Fashion King.” Scheduled to air on March 19th, this will be a highly anticipated drama for this spring.
First up, an official video from Yuri herself.
In rough translation form, Yuri says that she’s nervous and excited at the same time and asked fans to anticipate the drama and give lots of love and support. Awww…of course we will…or give it to fellow member Yoona instead :P. If you’ve forgotten, Yoona will be starring in “Love Rain,” which airs in the same time slot as “Fashion King.”

Ahhhhh…. how am I supposed to find time to watch all of these dramas!!! But seriously, really looking forward to watching this as well as love rain. The timing is good too, starts right when dream high 2 is ending so there will always be enough kdrama =).

Can anyone tell me what’s it is about again? I only remember that I thought it sounded interesting and awesome. :3
Oh it is about a drama of design where aspiring youth want to become top designer, which staring Yuri and the other famous actors also. It is the first time that Yuri perform in a drama, although, as far as it goes i see that she did improve a lot and have put a lot of effort and emotions in the character.
I believe she has work very hard on it, among snsd member she is not the best dancer nor the best in acting, but one thing i admire her is the fact that she take a lot of her time of to watch other celebreties dancing move and also during the concert back to seoul she watch all those tape in order to improve her acting skill. all these effort to put to improve oneself is already a win :D.
Regardless what the rating will be as a sone, i’m definitely proud of her and learn from her.
Well let’s cheer her up shall we 🙂
Judging from the 10min clip Yuri’s acting looks AMAZING for an ammature. I can’t wait to see how much she’s improved. And although I’ll be watching this drama for Yuri, the other actors (especially the main guy who’s almost always half naked xD) are quite amausing too! Looks like I’ll be getting some good laughs :).
Btw her voice is so pretty. I loved her short English lines too!
