That’s right! The official Japanese site by SM for SNSD will be opening on March 5th 12:00 JST (according to Yurui912@twitter). Now it’s probably noon since it’s already past midnight..but be on the lookout fans!

We’re holding our breath for some new music, maybe a new single is on the way? I’m surprised they waited til now to launch the official website, but better late than never.
i live in the U.S. so i’m not sure whether this will open later at night or this afternoon…either way, i’m super exited! i think all of us here have been soshi deprived 😦 for a while now.

the website should launch in about three hours since it is almost 9:00 in Japan according to the world clock on my phone
at around 7:21 PM (L.A. time) then the website opens officially 🙂

there’s a teaser link on the bottom left of the website…is SM releasing a “Hoot” japanese version for their next single?
i think “Hoot” has a part 2 version if SM’s planning to release it in japanese. i looked at the galllery section and there’s this two photo frame without a picture in it. “Hoot” mv had the mysterious girl (Sooyoung) appear conspicuously in the end, like the mv didn’t end there. if SM’s releasing a japanese version, then i think it make sense that the korean mv for “Hoot” didn’t just end there. am i right?
ok…just heard a rumor that SNSD’s possible single is called Mr. Taxi, and its rumored to be release on April 13. oh gosh…SM’s really making us go bonkers 🙂

Site is fully up in the Hoot theme. I’m not sure if there will be a Japanese version, I doubt it actually, I think it’s in the Hoot theme because the girls’ last official album release in Japan was the Hoot album Japanese edition (not Hoot Japanese version).
rumor has it that SNSD are indeed releasing a new japanese album, and the “supposed” lead single is called, “Hey Taxi.” this rumor is spiking the interest of everyone not just SONES because the rumored leaked was taken from SoShified themselves. nothing is confirmed yet, but one thing’s for sure a new japanese album is well on its way to be released very soon!
it would be cool if they did a part two but i think the jp site looks like that because they released a jp edition of hoot in jp and it is their current site so why not? they concept of mr. taxi is in my head. the style will probably be a bit more mature, nothing bright i think but full of cuteness and some powerful vocals from taeyeon. equal vid time, a nice dance choreography, if its not catchy all the way it will be catchy in some parts. if there is a jp version there will be a korean version because sm is smart, in order to keep the girls on top they will have to do this. i kinda feel like mr. taxi will have a genie, boyfriend feel.
i think it might be a soft/feminine concept as well too…like the “supposed” mv set i saw, which can be the actual mv/pv set for “Hey Taxi.”
