With SNSD’s latest album featuring a fully English song it shouldn’t come as a surprise to anyone familiar with the K-pop scene that they’re gaining attention in unexpected places. But I must admit myself amazed when I stumbled across this little gem:

Extra is an American entertainment news program. And did I mention it’s popular? I mean, who doesn’t love celeb gossip? So you can be sure this snippet of ‘The Boys’ was heard by a significant portion of the pop culture loving population! The girls are certainly on the right track to world domination a la music!

SNSD’s much awaited comeback on Music Bank has finally arrived! The girls performed the Korean versions of ‘Mr. Taxi‘ and ‘The Boys‘ (and dang.. in soshi’s absence I almost forgot that fanchants existed). Hear them SONEs ROAR!
