2018 PyeongChang Winter Olympics Concert

On January 22nd, our ladies participated in the SBS special “2018 PyeongChang Winter Olympics Concert“. They performed at Alpensia Ski Resort in celebration of South Korea’s 2018 Winter Olympics win! It was a pretty popular event, attracting 4,000 people, including many idol groups and South Korean president Lee Myung-bak! They performed their hugely successful and popular single “The Boys”. With SNSD’s worldwide popularity, hopefully this performance will raise a bit of awareness of the beauty of this small ski town! SNSD fighting!

YulTi and T-ara Battle it out

MBC aired a Lunar New Year Special called “2012 Idol Star Championship” which featured none other than our Yuri and Tiffany! They were paired up in a battle against T-ara for the game of “Show! Music Core Battle of the Strongest“. The battle was in a game of “Alkkagi”. Alkkagi is a game where you try and eliminate your opponents pieces by flicking your own pieces at them and knocking them off the board. If you watched “SNSD and the Dangerous Boys Ep 2,” everyone’s skill level is about on par with their ping pong skills, haha. However, it’s still very cute to watch :).
I’d like to wish everyone who celebrates the Lunar New Year a happy new year! Be safe, have fun and have continued prosperity this new year!
