Who says fan communities do nothing but spazz?!?!?
Sone’s have banded together to donate an incredible amount of money to help patients suffering from Lou Gehrig’s Disease
comments made from fan-cafe members,
“In the name of SNSD, we have donated 1 million Won to the Korean ALS (Lou Gehrig’s Disease) Association“.
According to a team leader, “Although the amount is not huge, we hope that it would help a bit. The fact that all fansites joined hands made this effort a meaningful one”. Another member added, “In the future, we would like to participate and lead such voluntary event again”.
ALS stands for the scientific name of the disease which is Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis. It affects the central nervous system degenerating muscles and ultimately failing to work in the body.
I’m very much a realist in life, so things such as this instill me with hope for humanity and the beauty and kindness that can be found.

with only 2 days left we are at 4th place. I’d like to thank everyone who voted on behalf of the staff at SKE.
At this point in time it really doesn’t matter anymore. The aim was to hit the finalist spots which are the top 6, which we have hit with gusto. Once the event is over this will be taken off sticky and will plummet to whatever page it belongs to.
This proves to us the only one reason of why we are all here. This community can band together and achieve some incredible things, and as a social experiment, this has proven to be a success. I know that there are some fans who don’t comment or participate, but that doesn’t matter, we know that they are there behind the screens still supporting us. I always feel that for every vote there are at least 4 people who don’t but still refresh our pages 5 times a day, I was one before I became part of staff. This is why we are here, and possibly if we try another one of these contests, we can soar above and beyond what has happened in this contest. ❤ from SKE.

For the girls, it has evidently been a wonderful year; their popularity and appearance have been stronger than ever. But how about the legions of fans and the blogs that stay up day and night working coal mine to coal mine pushing out all that is soshi? 2010 has currently been the greatest year for Snsdkorean as we creep towards our third anniversary, so let’s look at our accomplishments that make us worthy of that second spot on google search.

For any of you that have been following Invincible Youth (or at least the episodes that have our very own SunRi in it), you’ll be very familiar with the cast of wonderful people that work alongside the group in the village.
Let’s get the bad news out first, the great Village Chief Wangoo’s house was caught on fire due to an electrical short circuit. Though the most important things were safe such as the animals and the family that resided there. The house…well…lets take a look
