Baek AhYeon along with TaeNy’s performance of “Lady Marmalade” has finally aired! I have to say it was quite an entertaining performance with Tiffany’s sexy American accent, Taeyeon’s skilled vocals and AhYeon’s rounded skills! Check it out above!

the 3 of them got just as much screen time and i hate that people say that it was soshis fault that she had to go. This was just an special stage.
First of all, the contestants were scored before this ‘special stage’ so how is it that SNSD gets all the blame why Ah Yeon got eliminated? And I hate to say this but if Ah Yeon was overshadowed, it was honestly coz of her doing as well… She wasn’t confident and her stage presence wasn’t as lasting considering she had an awesome stage props and she was the opening act for Lady Marmalade. She doesn’t seem to enjoy the whole performance either and acted rather awkward. Lee Ha Yi didn’t get as much lines either during her collaboration with Miss A but she faired quite well. Even Park Ji Min. Maybe if they chose a different song, Ah Yeon could’ve done better… Still, vocally wise, Park Ji Min and Lee Ha Yi is a little bit better than her regardless of tonight’s performance.
I applaud Baek Ah Yeon for her improvements tho :3

if she got eliminated, maybe it is because taeyeon sang the parts where you can show your vocal prowess.. she just got overshadowed by a really amazing vocalist in taeyeon…

The contestants already scored before special stage. I don’t blame both, because Ahyeon is an amateur and TaeNy is a pros….added to that, this song is must be singing with perfect technique, and TaeNy sang it perfect.
Sorry, but in terms of vocals this is the worst performance.. song choice is just not good. I’ve been a SONE for years, but this performance wasn’t good enough.
I agree with some people’s sentiment about the song. It’s entertaining, from a musical perspective–I think Taeny play off each other’s vocals well. The sond, though, is pretty ghetto. At the end, it’s a song about having sex, and hearing Tiffany in her rap portion using the term “big bad-a$$ed t*ts” is just ghetto. I just ignore the words.
Just have to nit-pick here, but she says “Three bad-a$$ed *chicks* from the Moulin Rouge.”

Poor girl. She out from the contest because of Taeny. She should choose idols that can help her. Choosing Taeny was wrong. Taeny only help themselves. There are also lot good songs other than that song….
Even with all the skills mention in the article still useless. The girl still out.
I really love how TaeNy performs this song even in the girls’ concerts.. Personally, I liked Ah Yeon’s voice.. On the side note, when I watched the performance, I can’t help but smile at seeing BoA looking so proud watching TaeNy on stage.. 🙂
