As reported earlier, our girls were in Malaysia yesterday, March 23rd, for the “Twin Towers @Live 2012” concert.
This was their first time traveling to Malaysia for any concert, and they destroyed it on the stage! They performed a 6 song set which included Hoot, Genie, The Boys, Run Devil Run, Mr. Taxi and Gee. That is some serious hitting songs right there! Unfortunately Yuri was not able to make it due to her filming schedule for “Fashion King” :(. I’m not so sure about their looks right now. I think Tiffany looks the best in long, black hair – it gives her statuesque beauty a depth. It also concerns Hyoyeon – auburn suits her the best. With fair hair they just fade, merge into hues of one colour. Oddly, blonde hair gives Sunny distinct look and lets her facial features shine. And I’d recommend Sooyoung signs out from “tall with long, dark hair club” – we have Seohyun, Yoona and Yuri nailing that look. Shorter hair always make her (Sooyoung) look fresh, light and new. Oh, and keep scissors off from Tiffany and Jessica – not until they are 40 y.o. ! They look much younger with long hair.
Oh, and I’m SO glad we have moved on form laces, tiaras and golden puffs! Simpler outfits emphasise their natural (-ly great) looks. I’d much rather admire the girls themselves, not the costumes.

I dare to bet, 99% of the crowd there is SONE.look at the pink lightsticks ad balloons… xD they even sang together.. Wish i am there.. is free.. but since Tiffany said next time they’ll be here again with 9, guess is a clue that they’ll hv a tour..xD
agree whit that, since this event not held by SM, the girls and SM have a chance to see their fans reaction in malay and make an analysis for doing a tour there. well we will see the results.

I was there. And from first-hand experience, I can safely say that there were significantly fewer people left in the concert after those 8 girls left the stage. And they were the FIRST act of the night. I’m sorry Kelis, but your milkshake is now yoghurt. That is all.
There were two concerts – one on Friday and one on Saturday. During the concert on Friday, people began queuing up as lunchtime and waited for a long time, then left when the girls finished performing. And yesterday’s concert… I felt sorry for Orianthi, because almost nobody turned up (well, almost nobody is an exaggeration, but the crowd was significantly smaller). The power of SoShi!
Still disappointed that I couldn’t attend, but meh, I’ll just wait for an official concert… They did promise to come again.

Well, it’s nice that Malaysians have finally been blessed with the privilege of having the girls walk on their soil; they’ve been begging for this for ages.
Sunny doesn’t look as bubbly as usual, but she has a right to be tired with all that she’s been working at lately. Hope the girls got plenty of rest and rehydration after this.

Hey, i was there on friday night.. During the concert, i tell you, the crowd & Sone’s are too loud & powerful with cheering all the time.. I think that night was the best ever crowd for a mini concert..
I was just like 15 to 20 meters away from our girls and i can tell from their face expression that they are so surprise to see nearly 68 thousand crowd with the first time performing in Malaysia..
I am happy that Tiffany lead all the girls with speaking in english even Taeyeon try to do her duty as a group leader with speaking in korean with telling the fans that they are overwhelm with the support of MYSone on that night .
I found out Jessica looks too tired to do the performance because of the hot weather but Sooyoung, Sunny, Hyoyeon & maknae Seohyun was keep on smiling and enjoying the stage while performing their song until the end of performance.
I told you, Yoona is very beautiful that night, now i know why many kpop male celebrities mention Yoona for her beauty and totally what i saw that night all SNSD member are drench with sweat and most probably i’ve seen 50 % of their bare face without make-up. But Yoona are the one that catch my eyes on that night. She was so beautiful and a bit taller from what i have imagine.
Most SONE’S singing along and shouting “G.G”,”SO NYUH SHI DAE” and the members name, and i can hear loudly from a guy beside me that was shouting Jessica name like crazy.. Crowd singing along with all SNSD songs, and the moment that MY Sone have been waiting for is for Tiffany shout “Malaysia, PUT IT BACK ON !!! .. At that time, KLCC was echoing loudly and i almost deaf because crowd are really loud.
Before leaving the stage all members waves at the fans with Seohyun making Heart, Sunny with flying kisses and Taeyeon waves until the end of the stage. I would like Tiffany to keep her promise because she mention to MYSone that SNSD will return again with all 9 girls in the future to Malaysia.
Just 3 days before the actual concert, Nearly 68 thousand MY Sone attend the mini concert. I think there are still many Sone in Malaysia that could not attend on that night because the news of SNSD coming to Malaysia only spread less that 72 hours. I wonder if SM Entertainment post about the news SNSD coming to Malaysia for full concert 1 month earlier .In my opinion, 2 Days concert were not enough for MY Sone. Probably MY Sone that could not get the tickets will do flash mob just like SM TOWN in Paris to get 3 days concert of SNSD. 🙂
Anyway, i really enjoy that night cheering, singing and seeing our girls in real life. 😀

I couldn’t help but notice how Jessica was suffering from the heat, which has been an issue for her, going back to their debut. Always proper maknae literally turned Jessica’s back to the audiance while she tried to wipe the sweat away with towels the stage hands brought up. She was really They did dance routines for 6 songs straight, with only a breif chat in between in the humid heat. I imagine it would be like doing a 30 minute work out in a sauna. Considering many of their video and TV sets appeared to be ice cold this winter, I’m sure it was a shock to face the oppressive heat. About the only others working this hard were the F1 drivers.
