Following their very successful SM Town concert in Paris recently, the SM Entertainment artistes decide to reciprocate with a lovely gesture….
To thank their European fans for making the inaugural European SM Town concert a roaring success beyond all expectations, a thank-you video has been produced featuring all the artistes involved in the event.
The unique feature of the video: the word ‘thank you’ is expressed in the many major European languages, to reflect the extent of the diverse fan-base present at the event.
Artistes like SHINee, f(x), Girls’ Generation, Super Junior and TVXQ are shown holding sheets of paper with “Thank You” printed on it in the different languages. Even the solo artistes, like BoA, also took part in this appreciation video.
(In the case of our 9 beautiful ladies, the task of thanking the fans was ably handled by the 2 gorgeous jangshins, Seohyun and Yuri.)
You know the best part of the whole video for me ? It is to see the chairman of SM Entertainment himself, Mr. Lee Soo Man, holding up a placard thanking the fans too. Now, that is what I call true appreciation 😉 !

yeah, I was pleasantly surprised to see Lee Soo Man at the end, and also the other SM Towners that weren’t even at the Paris concert. Shows that all of SM Town appreciates the support from fans all over. I think their fanbase just got solidified with this gesture 🙂

Very nice indeed! Especially with Mr.SM himself at the end. For me, this just adds to the long list of reasons why i like supporting SNSD, SM, and K-Pop in general.
