Don Spike, a famous music arranger and composer, thinks Taeyeon is the most desirable idol.
Speaking with reporters at the CJ E&M Center in Sangam-dong on the 29th of June 2011, Don Spike commented: “Taeyeon can really sing well. Although I’ve never seen her singing live before, I thought she has outstanding vocals after listening to her recorded song”.
Don Spike was the music arranger for the Kim BumSoo-Taeyeon duet ‘Different’.
Don Spike revealed in the interview: “During a recording, you can hear a singer’s actual voice clearly. Without other effects or mixing works done, I was hugely impressed by Taeyeon’s singing. Her techniques, feel of the song, everything was excellent”.
He also added, “As a music arranger, if you listen to the vocals, you tend to get your own feelings about them. Listening to singers’ vocals everyday, there are always concerns on how to ‘dress them up’.However, Taeyeon’s voice seems to ‘fit any style of vocal dressing’ ”.
To that point, I most certainly agree 100% ! Taeyeon JJANG !!!
