Before I show you the goods, I want to show you something from the makers of >>4KOMA comic<< and talk briefly about the series. The 4KOMA series involves today’s four biggest Kpop girl groups and were not made in a short period of time… so keep in mind hair changes and certain inside jokes that you may not be able to understand. The artist is not being negligent, he or she is just keeping up with the current look each time the girls change styles and is also trying to keep up with the latest news or tidbits so it may be hard to keep up. Hopefully it won’t be that hard to figure the small things out because it’s really what makes the series great 😀

Man, isn’t Girl Group Love just great? Ah, I miss Sunghee (and the Sunghee x Gyuri couple). SungRi was like my JeNy back in the day.

The Gyuri-SungHee bonding was very upfront — not only in their the self-camera clips but also in the YTN Star profile that was done early in their career. Frankly, it almost seemed real. And, frankly, it was kinda hot.
However, in the YTN show, SungHee was shown admiring Bi’s shirtless photo. And in “100 Questions” Gyuri mentioned she wanted a boyfriend that would give her a ring (I assumed a marriage ring).
I always wondered what SeungYeon and Nicole thought about the behavior of the other two since it seemed to exclude them. And if anyone has taken SungHee’s place since she left.
Hahaha yeah, that’s why they were my “JeNy before JeNy”. I still think the two are pretty much all for each other since their taste in the “perfect” man was way too similar (you have to watch the radio interview they had with Kangin waaaay back in the day). Plus, just like Jessica and Tiffany, there are too many things that point to a cover up.
I think Seungyeon and Nicole just got used to it. At one point, Seungyeon would give them weird looks, but just like Nicole (who was probably used to seeing such things, being from America/Socal and all) , she eventually just got over it.
I don’t think anyone’s taken Sunghee’s place. Besides Younha (who currently is MIA in Korea for a Japanese comeback) and Yoobin, both only good friends, Gyuri’s stayed faithful to Sunghee. and when KARA came back, no one ever asks Gyuri about Sunghee, it’s always the other two taking care of those questions… and form what I know, the two still keep in touch (from the cute things I read on their cyworld and such).

I never know whether to believe if you’re serious or not, but since I have no insight into teen girl society I have no counter for your depravity. I will point out that they were cozy in public, so I tend to think they can’t be anything more than very-very good buds. But, whereas I’m highly skeptical of the make believe SNSD pairings you guys indulge in, GyuHee seemed somewhat plausible (and steamy… shame on me!!).
I’ve been enjoying “Revolution”. Favorites: “Let it Go” and “Take a Bow”, but the other up-tempo ones have been fun and the ballads listenable.
Speaking of which, have you seen the “Making of Wanna MV” available on YouTube? I like it better than the MV (which seems like a Finkl “N-O-W” ripoff). Whereas I usually dislike too much makeup, it worked here. And SeungYeon looks real cute in that up-swept hairstyle. But it was Baby Ji that caught my attention.
How old is she? 15? 16? While all the girls now seem comfortable on camera, she is wickedly good at flirting with the camera. She seems to be the one destined to be an actress. While she isn’t going to be as pretty as she promised to be before her checkbones developed, she’s still pretty and the camera seems to love her. And she’s tall. A year from now, you’ll probably hear the guys going on about her legs the way they do about Yuri’s now.
awww. poor sunghee. and i really think yul should be replaced by fany. but it’s still fun with yul. ^_^
