SMTown World Tour III is making a stop in Singapore on Nov 23rd at the Marina Bay Floating Platform! SNSD has been confirmed to perform along with labelmates Super Junior, BoA and SHINee. Other SM artists have yet to be confirmed.
More information on tickets is supposed to be revealed next week. Owners of an OCBC Card and Samsung handsets will get 3 day priority booking from Sept 29th to Oct 1st. Public sales will start on Oct 2nd. Good luck! Hope all you out that way can get tickets!

I think you can reserve specific seats.
In the Moshpit, you get closest to the girls, but there aren’t any seats, so you may get a bad spot, there.
