After releasing their Japanese single “Paparazzi” in Japan on June 27, our girls have now released the same single in Korea. Although this is not a Korean version of the song, here is your chance to purchase the Korean release if you had not had the chance to get the album yet! Depending on the edition of the album (of which there are 5), the prices range from about $12 – $30. More information can be found on their official website. Prepare to see “Paparazzi” rock the charts!

And it’s a lot cheaper than the Japanese release too >.< so yay happy 😀
Hmm Paparazzi is actually kind of a jaded song lmao, I find it a bit sad. The lyrics are actually about how the media is always going to follow them like blood suckers, and do whatever they can for a scoop even if they are hurting the celebrity. But their reply to that is sort of like, it’s the way that it is and it’s the price of fame, so SNSD is just going to goad the paparazzi and is sort of like, bring it on, let’s dance. It’s a bit spiteful, but then they sing it so happily so it’s kinda diva-ish too.
SNSD always does happy happy with life songs in Korea so I’m glad Shoujo Jidai got to do a more interesting theme. I can understand why SM doesn’t want a Korean version of the song lol…I reckon the reaction to it in Korea would be pretty interesting XD
Oh, I was looking forward to hearing how this sounds in Korean…
is this in Korean ?
