I remember when Gee was first released in 2009 and the teaser almost caused me to have a heart attack. The white tshirts at the end of that teaser really got me and I was sold. And now for this teaser..they used the same kind of ending and I’m so sold once again! Who loves it?! I love it.

This doesn’t remind me of the Himnae promotions (I loooveed their shiny metallic jackets though!). It reminds me more of a “Gee (korean) x Girls Generation.” The girls were all in boxes and “doll” like outfits.

Am I the only one who doesn’t think this new version is a huge deviation from the Korean Gee MV? Mannequins waking up? Hmm sounds familiar. Instead of dressing them up in simple styles, they dressed them up like Girls’ Generation dolls. Looks promising though, I wonder what other new spins they put in to refresh this song, they got their work cut out for them cause it’s never easy to top the original that’s already achieved legendary status.
i like this one better already even though i havent seen the whole vid. it’s looks like an upgraded version of the orginal gee. a hybrid?
