So after all the anticipation built up,here it is! 5 of the girls performed to Oh!,Jaurim‘s HaHaha & 3!4!. Due to some unknown reasons,the other 4 girls couldn’t attend this festival. Awesome enough still,no?
On a side note,South Korea lost to Argentina to a score of 1-4. Tough luck,however there is still hope for them to enter the round of 16 provided they win their next match against Nigeria!

ALSO! about Korea’s chances to get through:
even though i definitely hope that Korea will beat the crap out of Nigeria, they do not even have to win to get through to the next round!
if Greece beats Argentina (which i doubt they will), then Korea needs to beat Nigeria with the same amount (or more) of goals to keep the #2 spot, otherwise Greece will grab it on more points or better goal difference.
but if Greece and Argentina end up playing a draw, then Korea only needs to get a draw against Nigeria. if that happens they need to make a draw that’s at the most 1 goal under the amount of goals for each side in the other match (ARG-GRE, KOR-NIG; 1-1, 0-0 will keep Korea’s #2, as will 2-2, 1-1, but not 2-2, 0-0). the reason for this is that Korea and Greece will keep the same goal difference, but Korea can’t lose their lead on amount of goals scored (they can end up draw and still rank higher, though, hence the “at the most 1” thingy).
let’s say then that Argentina beats Greece, which seems like the most probable outcome, even though Greece has more to fight for than Argentina (Argentina’s #1 spot is pretty secure, but they can end up at #2 if Greece beats them 5-0, and even at #3 if Korea at the same time beats Nigeria 6-0, which is not very probable XD). so Argentina beats Greece. this actually means that Nigeria can beat Korea and Korea will STILL qualify at the #2 spot if it happens in the correct way (this is a very thin line to walk, though, haha). if Greece gets beaten they’re out whatever happens, then the fight stands between Korea and Nigeria. if Nigeria beats Korea they can only do so with 1 goal, if they do it with 2 goals Nigeria will rank higher than Korea on goal difference and qualify. however, to quote the commentators on radio yesterday, “no team has ever lost the first two games in the World Cup and still qualified to the next round”, so Nigeria has a very small chance of getting through. not really sure how this will affect their team spirit… they’ll have to go out strong to make many goals, but if they get one against them they’ll probably find it a somewhat unsurmountable task to qualify.
as it stands now, Korea and Greece have the same amount of points and same goal difference, but Korea leads with 1 on amount of goals scored, but even if they’d be even on that Korea would still be ranked higher since they beat Greece in the first game. so basically, whatever Greece does against Argentina, Korea only has to do the same against Nigeria to keep their rank in the table, and playing against Nigeria definitely seems like a challange easier than playing against Argentina. 🙂
it looks more good than bad for Korea as of now, even if their #2 place isn’t really secure at all.

right, forgot to mention that if Nigeria beats Korea with 1 goal both teams will have the same amount of points and same goal difference. and despite Nigeria winning the game between them, Korea will qualify only thanks to the fact that ranking is decided on # of goals in the whole group before # of points in matches between tied teams.
seriously, i don’t think i’ve seen a group that’s been this interesting to analyse in a long time, haha.
let’s imagine for a minute that Greece scored another goal against Nigeria (3-1 in that match instead of 2-1) and Argentina only beat Korea with 2-1.
if the subsequent matches would end up 1-0 to Argentina and 2-0 to Nigeria we would have a very interesting table at the end of the group play. Korea, Greece and Nigeria would then actually all have 3 points, 3 goals for and 4 goals against which leads to a tie between the three teams on the 3 first of the 7 tie-breaking criterias. after that, the games against Argentina wouldn’t be counted, but since they beat all the three teams with only 1 goal, that wouldn’t make any difference on the next two tie-breaking criterias either (# of points and goal difference in matches between tied teams). on the 6th criteria Korea would lose out (# of goals in matches between tied teams) since they were the only ones to score against Argentina, but Greece and Nigeria would still be tied. if, then, this criteria were to be applied again (which i think it would) on the two teams (since Korea no longer tie) Greece would win since they beat Nigeria 3-1. otherwise they would’ve drawn lots for which team to qualify. i wonder if that ever happened before…
okay, i’ll shut up. ^^;;
