The girls were asked to play a children song on a special electronic drum instrument to which they did successfully. When MC Kang Ho Dong tried to take the drum away from them, the girls resisted. Shortly after, Yuri suggested to the girls that they kiss each other. Jessica said, “Why would you suggest this?” Upon hearing this, Super Junior’s Eunhyuk got happy and immediately volunteered for the kissing, which caused Yuri to walk away laughing.

Notice how you can hear the smacking of Jessica’s lips when it touched Tiffany’s face. Compared to Yuri’s and Sunny’s kisses, her kiss was LOUD. Most likely it was her own “c” block to prevent further kisses from the other two. And it worked. Yuri and Sunny each gave Tiffany two pecks (jabs), which made her woozy. Jessica gave a full-blown kiss (straight right) to her cheek, which knocked Tiffany the “f” out.
