The girls’ shocking diet has been revealed… they only eat about 800 cal (3350 KJ) a day, which is not even the half amount of that an adult should take. The recommended dietary intake for a female adult is 2000 cal (8400 KJ).

They got the 800 cal daily intake from breakfast which consists of only fruit and vegetables totaling to 200 cal (840 KJ), lunch at 300 cal (1250 KJ) and dinner also at 300 cal (1250 KJ). SNSD revealed that their diet mainly consisted of vegetables such as pumpkins, lettuce and cherry tomatoes. No carbohydrates nor fats at all.

They also revealed, if they’re hungry then they would eat cucumbers. Cucumbers. So that’s why our anti-cucumber Jessica is getting skinnier and skinnier. They only got to eat cucumber for snacks ;___;

The girls’ trainer revealed, “Because celebrities have to appear on broadcast, their diet should not follow that of normal people.” Yeah, right. I don’t know… is this even healthy at all? There are so many alternatives it’s hard to keep your head from spinning, I just read the forskolin reviews and they didn’t leave me with a taste of radicalism in my mouth.
