I don’t know how many times I can reference KARA…
Anyway, there isn’t much going on with SNSD since their break but I figure it’d be nice to make this post. I know I’m a day late, but there have been so many things going on the past two weeks that I didn’t have time on August 21st to do this.
For those who remember, it was >>Lee Eon‘s death anniversary.<< Lee Eon was an actor and model with growing popularity because of the 2008 hit drama, Coffee Prince. He easily befriended many celebrities through his side jobs as a DJ at clubs, fashion and underwear model, and co-host of Shim Shim Tapa radio with Kim Shinyoung. If you haven’t guessed by now, Lee Eon was close to SNSD because the girls were constantly on Shim Shim Tapa; usually one or two at a time.
Though I never finished the Coffee Prince drama, Lee Eon who played just a side character, easily became my favorite. Say whatever you want, but because of that role, he instantly became my number one Korean hubby (in my dreams). I was in the middle of the series when I found out the news of his hit and run accident that took his life and since the drama wasn’t really my type to begin with, I stopped watching it because it just felt weird to continue when in the real world, his many friends and coworkers were mourning his death.
I never knew how close SNSD was to him until I visited a few SNSD forums and saw so many fans give some respect and hoped that the girls weren’t too taken aback about the news.

i remember when this he passed a year ago, pretty sad, i remember posting my condolences for him on some SNSD forums. was really quite sad still is :(.
im sure lee eon is in peace and happy to know that so many people still care about him. he must be watching over his family and friends.
also, i noticed that in both sets of pictures seohyun does the peace sign first and the thumbs up second. lol.
I feel somewhat depressed to know that there is one less talent in the world.
