“If this whole “2NE1 VS. SNSD” thing started at Music Bank… I’d like to say that I understand why 2NE1 won at Music Bank. Their song I Don’t Care is more recent than Tell Me Your Wish Genie and amongst other things, 2NE1 is sticking to the cutesy image, plus a song with a catchy hook, that Korea loves so much while SNSD decided to go sexy (not sexy and cute; sexy-cute) and leave out a hook for their song- something Korea’s definitely not used to. I also can’t leave out the fact that 2NE1 is just freaking talented (yes 2NE1 YG, I’m finally starting to forgive your change in music). Sounded like Tiffany was trying to liven things up. I don’t know if she was trying to work the audience or her fellow SNSD members but, evidently, she felt something was lacking. That many interjections is pretty unusual. I think thing the sound at the end (around 3:10) was Tiffany — altho we can’t see her and can’t really prove it. But it was a musical phrase that almost worked.
lol? even if tiffany did mess up the “rhythm” (which i disagree with, i’m not sure why you think this), it’s not like results are calculated on the day they perform. it’s based on a scoring system from different sales charts.

There’s an obvious explanation for SNSD’s failure win again and again. “Genie” — unlike our girls — doesn’t have legs.
It’s a catchy enuf song — and thanks to the arrangement — and thanks to the outfits and choreography — it’s done pretty well. (Much better than I expected.) But, I think after about 1 month, many people are finding it’s gotten old already. They’ve been sated with “Genie” and are looking elsewhere for the next tune to pick em and carry them along.
I do think genie would have gotten more wins had the release date not been pushed back…but congrats to 2NE1 though. The girls did the best they could with Genie.
Honestly, blue heels with camo? What are the dressers thinking? This is as bad as the time they had the girls do Genie in sneakers…Ah, the camo stops my heart though. XD
