Hm, I’m not sure how to react to this but I know, because someone already stated, the album covers WILL be replaced. No worries guys. Hopefully there wont be any delays.
And like the fans stated, it’s not our girls fault, it’s the album cover designer. But really though, haha they should’ve thought about it before adding that lil plane onto the cover because we should all know by now people will flip.

LOL. I don’t really like SNSD but that controversy is some bullshit. So what if they have plane or shit on their cover? It’s not like they’re going to begin another World War 3.
Oh wtf, totally not SNSD’s fault.. I could understand how it could be offensive. I mean I didn’t even notice the plane on the cover at all lol. It totally wasn’t the intention of SNSD or the cover designer (who’s prolly fired now). Well shows how much they are under scrutiny, cause they have a lot to live up to with all the hype and all. Hopefully this doesn’t mess up their momentum at all which I think it wont.
Some people need to relax, seriously. It’s a cover, not the end of the world.

for all above,do not be so insensitive about it,flashback all the histories of artists being attack because of them related to the japanese..we surely do not want our girls to be one of the victim..
the infamous one should be vicky zhao wei of china..she wore a dress that have japanese flag on it during a magazine photoshot,this One picture cause a lot of stirs and one crazy guy attack her by pouring faeces (reaLshit!) on her!
so just hope SME will change the cover asap….all the best to the girls..
i think those bloggers are just going too into it. they need to chill and stop hating. it’s just a concept, not something to be analyzed by details. if they do make a new cover, i hope it has a more genie-ish concept to it.
Defiinitely a major faux paux. But the second or third one. Why add a plane at all? The picture is busy enuf as it is. In fact, I don’t like the overall design at all.
Right; cause it totally makes sense that a K-pop girl group is trying to spread a historical vendetta against the Japanese while alienating their Japanese fans in the process. Or am I reading WAY into this?
Seriously, people should really think things through before speaking out loud. It would certainly save me all the effort of having to write a rebuttal in response to such ludicrous claims, and save a lot of headaches all around, particularly mine -_-
even though i like SNSD but i hope they will change it for their album’s sake !
Some people just need to accept the fact that SNSD will take over the world one day, and it could be tomorrow.
But, in all seriousness, I don’t understand why you’re paying attention to an airplane when 9 fine girls are placed on an album cover. I mean, it’s definitely not the first thing I looked at. The fans were right to stick up for them, for it wasn’t the girls’ fault at all. People just think they’re so cute sometimes…
So the main issue was the war between Korea and Japan? woot -_-” that’s a kickass plane, IMO.
but still, if it’s THAT sensitive, don’t put any plane at all!
