Winning Music bank 7th week in a row

SNSD, 7 consecutive weeks at No. 1 on “Musicbank”! “Tie”-record with Jewelry!

Being the longest time at No.1, the female 9-member group SNSD set a “Tie”-record with Jewelry with their 7 consecutive weeks at No.1.

They took the first place at the “K-Chart” on the 27th’s KBS 2TV “Musicbank” with their first mini-album’s title-song “Gee”. Therefore with overall 7 consecutive weeks at No.1, they jointly own the record for being the longest time at No.1 together with Jewelry’s “One More Time”.

With happy feelings, SNSD Sooyoung couldn’t hide her tears and said at the winning speech, “We’re very thankful. We want to thank the company family and we love all of you fans. I’m very thankful to my family.”

On the other hand on this day SNSD received applause from their fans for their perfect performances of S.E.S’s “Dreams Come True” and Fin.K.L’s “Now” on the 500th special episode of “Musicbank”.

Meanwhile, Yoo Seyoon, Junjin and Park Eunyoung Announcer appeared together as MCs and Yoo Chaeyoung, SS501, Hwayobi, Seungri (feat. G-Dragon), FT Island, Kara, Shin Hyesung, Jewelry-S, Fly to the Sky, Wax, Taegoon, Lee Ji Hye, KCM, Untouchables, Brand New Day, Jumper, Sori etc. performed and showed special performances as a present.
