This was not the only secret behind Taeyeon’s slim body. It hasn’t been revealed until now, but her black strap stockings give her the illusion of ‘chopstick legs‘ (LOL). She also showed off tall stilettos that made her legs look slimmer and longer. The flashy patterns and colors on her clothes also gave her a taller and skinnier appearance.
Taeyeon, Tiffany, and Seohyun were then asked about their rumored 900 calorie diet, which had become a popular online discussion topic. The girls answered coolly, “How could you survive off of a 900 calorie diet?”

So much pressure on that cute little bundle… to be perfect, to be entertaining, to look amazing, to do the choreography perfectly, to sing perfectly, to be interesting, to avoid controversy, etc., etc. It’s not easy being Taeyeon.

advice from my mom (since my mom know a lot about health and diet), the most important thing from diet is not how much you eat, or how much you not eat, but how much u can maintain the stable calorie (don’t to much carbohydrate, eat more protein, and vitamin) and do a lot exercise to maintain body figure..
don’t hope much change in short period, good diet is you can lose your weight step by step..
