SNSD was featured on “Wall Street Journal” online in their “Scene Asia” section. For those of you who don’t know, WSJ is a huge business newspaper here in the states with many readers. The article can be found here, which discussed their appearance on “Late Show with David Letterman,” their global popularity and SMTown Live NYC last October.
They were also featured on a segment on WSJ’s “Asia Today.” The segment introduced the girls and talked about their worldwide popularity. Unfortunately, the reporter didn’t get all the facts correct, but it’s still good to see our girls getting more publicity here in the states. Watch the video clip here.

OMG I saw it on TV. The Girls’ have finally come onto American cable! I was so excited/proud/emotional/spazztastic. And it was such an awesome performance, I could not have asked for a more perfect performance. Power of nine, srsly
Its was annoying the fact that a report based in South Korea didn’t do them justice.
She said one could sing which is not true 5 girls are the main vocals 2 of which are the lead vocals.
most of them if not all, are amazing dancers not just one although the queen is the best at what she does.
OMG they were so awesome. Everyone was so beautiful and they just completely nailed the performance.
I can’t believe that Korean girl talking about SNSD on the WSJ link said that the majority of SNSD’s fans are old men. SNSD is ranked #1 in every demographic up to the 50s. Seriously now.

they totally nailed the performance and judging from the responses of the viewers so far, it looks like they won the hearts of a lot of new fans 🙂
