Can someone pls confirm if this is their next korean comback title? if so, Alittle disappointed then. Is this what SM going to do to our 9 Angels for their comeback? Did anyone notice that the Youtube SMTown link description says that their first Japanese album has sold over 800,000 copies! And now with another music video being released that keeps SNSD in the Japanese spotlight, they should see further sales of their album.

no, its just the korean media glossing over things again, lol! they meant 800k copies shipped to stores in japan. the album has currently sold 533k+ copies so far, and shipped another 100k which brings in to a total of 800k copies shipped to stores. japan seems to believe that SNSD’s album will sell well over or pass that.
as of today: the album is no.7 on the weekly and no.5 on the daily chart. an unusual feat considering the album has been released 2 months or so ago.

Thank you for the clarification. I knew about the 500k plus number from before, so I was a bit surprised by the 800k figure. And I believed the new number since it was from SMTown’s own Youtube account, and not from the Korean media.

Yoona looks like she fits the image well. Im happy that their image has developed into something that is a bit more (hardcore; not sure about that word) mature. New music brought a change for all these girls. It makes them all look and seem a bit more older. Their officially not just girls’ generation but more like women generation. I think this music opens a new fanbase for the girls. New soshi love. Why? Reasons being that I’m one of those ppl who would scroll down and read comments and i would see comments like “i like their new sound.” Or things like ” I never liked snsd but their japanese album sounds good.” Things like that . Thansk to their Japan debut we see tranformations in some members. IMO of course these transformations are Jessica’s piano playing, ballad, and interest to design clothing. Sooyoung’s long hair, more recognition, and being one of the faces in the group in Japan. Yuri’s blonde hair, thin fit body, her interest in playing an instrument and her “if” performance showed me that this is a person who wants to be a solo artist in the near future and also being one of the faces. Along with Taeyeon who also showed an interest in instruments. Seohyun who has become more and more noticed with the help of her most recent solo which showcased a bit of tapping and in my opinion is one of the faces in Japan and Korea. Hyoyeon who is now recognized through her solo that she has voice and looks pretty to the eyes of others now. Sunny who did a sexy stage in her solo, who in my opinion gave brittany a run for her money (Its Sunny Bitch). Fany Fany Tiffany who expressed she would like to act in America one day and gets prettier each day (the prettiest imo). Yoona who showcased that she is just not a cute girl with a pretty face but a woman who can show you a different side. Though, the most matured member or member who really shows an interest in the music biz more than the others is Yuri.

bad girl is my favorite song on the japanese album and the fact that an mv is going to be released makes me feel a way that i can’t describe. I don’t think that i may make it to the release date i may die from spazzing to much.

I love how everyone is overreacting to this teaser, and that’s why I love this fandom. Soshi never fails to keeps us on edge despite being almost constantly active, they can even make us spazz over a song that’s been out for over two months. Yea, Power of Nine, never underestimate.

LOL I don’t know why but SNSD doesn’t convey the image of badasses in this teaser if that is what they were going for. I mean they they still have the somewhat cute and even sexy look in all that leather, studs, and shades while riding on motorbikes. But, this is basing on only 12 secs of a teaser with Yoona and Yuri’s face showing…so ehh my opinions may change later. =/

RDR’s and Mr. Taxi’s choreography rocked! The rest of their promoted songs were also thought out and had interesting choreography; this however, wasn’t that great. It felt put together last minute and it definitely shows imo. I was hoping they redid the dance for the MV, but I guess not. It did look better in this MV than it does on stage, though. Nonetheless, I’m glad they had something pop out so suddenly and it was still fun to watch ^^ I hope they release more goodies soon! 🙂
