It does sound similar, cant lie about that. But I enjoy the music, dont care about the drama behind it, I listen to Kpop because i love it. Not because of all this drama.

the starting is similar to rihanna but only for that 4 lines. and it sounds to me more like inspired music. as in it is very possible that 2 composers come up with very similar tunes.

Ok, you can argue that the rhymes sound similar, but dang, which songs of similar genres don’t have that tad of similarity. Besides, even though both are major hits, I still think that SNSD’s Oh is unarguably a better song. Personal preference.
From what I see, some people are just jealous/green with envy of SNSD’s popularity. As you guys can tell, more often than not, those receiving funny and ridiculous comments are major, big-hits stars, in this case, SNSD.
For one point, where has SNSD done wrong? Don’t you find it silly/foolish to even start comparing this girls with other stars? Even artistes has their freedom and privacy.
Still, after all the shows/programmes/reports/news of SNSD, I’m guessing if SNSD sees this, they will still take in the comment humbly.

It sounds similar, but I wouldn’t say any more than that. Regardless, at least SME is good with handling copyright issues so if they did use any of it, they’d already have the rights.
I think the songs are a bit similiar because of the genre (pop). Like some people said, most of the pop songs have likely beats etc… Maybe the composers are rihanna’s fans, lol. But it’s not snsd’s fault really.

the guy who uploaded it has been found to not actually be a 2ne1 fan but used the name to discredit snsd. A lot of blackjacks (2ne1 fans) were not happy about what he had did, while posing to be a 2ne1 fan, because many 2ne1 fans are also snsd fans.

They are similar but it doesn’t matter because no one would have noticed if nobody pointed that out. I live in th US and pretty much no one here knows what SNSD is anyway so I could care less if they copied Rihanna’s song entirely, they’re both amazing artists!
