On the 7th February, SNSD will perform on the “SMTOWN Live in Bangkok”-concert in Bangkok – Thailand. They will leave for Thailand on the 5th or 6th.
This time will be SNSD’s first visit to Thailand. Through this visit, they want to start establish themselves as new Hallyu-stars and conquer the music scene in 2009.
On the 22th, a representative of SM Entertainment said: “We believe that SNSD will be very popular in Thailand. Through this visit, we want to start a So Nyuh Shi Dae-wave and bring it to all the countries in Southeast Asia.”
It was planned to hold the “SMTOWN Live in Bangkok”-concert last November but due to political issues and for safety reasons it got cancelled. SM now tries to hold their promise as they will present the disappointed fans a perfectly prepared concert.
