It’s her make-up, it’s different. My girlfriend is the same. When she changes or removes her make-up her nose looks different. The make-up somehow makes it appear as if her nose is slimmer(not that it’s big in the first place).
If Tiffany had gotten surgery during the short break SNSD just finished, there would be a large amount of swelling and bruising on her face right now and it would be too soon for her to be attending fan-events.

I am a fan of SNSD and Tiffany has always been one of my favorites. However I am not blind or naive and from the moment I saw her pre-debut pictures I accepted that she so obviously got work done. I do not hold it against her and I think she was pretty before and even more beautiful now. She’s also talented and has a pretty decent voice. I just like her. Something about her is magnetic. If she is happy with what she has changed – that’s great!
As for Tiffany getting even more plastic surgery recently? I don’t know… something is a little off but she just looks swollen and I see no other obvious difference. Its mainly her cheek and lips that are throwing me off in these pics. Only time will tell I guess.
